I'm Lucy, a fully qualified psychotherapist and pre-accredited member of the IACP, offering psychotherapy in Galway City and online across Ireland. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and a range of emotional challenges. Whether you're looking for short-term support or longer-term therapy, I provide a warm, collaborative, non-judgemental space where therapy moves at your pace. I take an integrative approach, drawing on trauma-informed care, somatic therapy, CBT, and breathwork to create a tailored path that feels right for you.


A little bit about me... I'm a fully qualified psychotherapist and pre-accredited IACP member. My journey into psychotherapy began at 23, and since then, I've continued developing my practice through training in trauma-informed care, psychology, CBT, breathwork, and somatic therapy. I'm committed to creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and understood, supporting you to reconnect with your authentic self in a deeper and more meaningful way.

How Therapy Works

Therapy offers a confidential space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences with someone who listens without judgement. It's not about giving advice or fixing you. Instead, it's about helping you make sense of what you're going through, develop greater self-understanding, and find new ways of coping.
